Om eventet

Land To See As a musical and bodily backing for the countryside, which in recent years has been challenged on visions and opportunities, three female artists seek out new, distant lands. The ensemble interprets the local frustration and the distinctive qualities of the areas in an intimately experimental work created around improvisation and challenged by a pandemic.

Land To See represents a new way to get the culture out with a tour where the big city scenes are consistently replaced with the rural ones. It creates presence and presence and the carefully selected locations will act as the ensemble's fourth partner. Each performance is given a unique character by the exact location it is performed on and in interaction with.

In fjord blue costumes with a look at the dancer's smallest movements, and a scenography consisting of battery-powered LED lamps as well as the beautiful classical instruments, the audience is drawn into a common liberation process that creates a strong and immediate experience that kickstarts thoughts and feelings.

Along the way, flutist Johanne, cellist Emily and dancer Antonia seek a common fascination with the unique opportunities the rural areas have to offer. The transition phases of life. The connection to its roots. To be challenged in achieving what you are passionate about. They are all treated in a rigorous and widely open behavior in the midst of the physical reality in which emotions arise.
